Happy New Year! After a tumultuous 12 months, 2025 closed with some good news — a pause on the tariff increase on certain furniture products. While welcome, the industry continues to faces challenges; tariffs are still here and an unpredictable U.S. president means it's possible he could do an about face and reinstate the originally planned hike. For the time being, though, let's focus on the new market season, kicking off with Las Vegas Market, Jan. 25-29. The twice yearly event is a big draw for wholesale buyers and sellers to experience the newest in home furnishings. |
